A dual-panel of acrylic impasto paintings in fleshy tones, inspired by Cecily Brown's use of colour and composition. These pieces dive into the unspoken of the female form, challenging societal norms by embracing the flaws often overlooked. Each stroke and texture becomes a celebration of diverse body types, addressing insecurities with boldness and vulnerability. By experimenting with the technique impasto it helps to put focus on the flaws of the female body that is not talked about in society in a positive way such as insecurities of bumpy skin or different body types to the stereotype of women being slim and feminine.

In a contrasting narrative, a butchered meat-inspired oil painting takes a stark perspective on the societal standards to a dark and negative portrayal. The piece vividly explores the pressure on women to follow, using the metaphor of meat to challenge preconceived notions and prompt reflection - the shamed body that does not fit the standards is viewed in a dark and negative perspective.

The final painting captures the relationship between a mother and daughter. Reflecting the influence of close relationships on the influence of behaviour, it serves as a commentary on societal expectations and personal identity. A visual exploration of the complexities within human connections - shows how behaviour is influenced from close ones and can behave differently to society's expectations.
